D&S Builders is a commercial General Contractor dedicated to providing its customers with quality projects while implementing cost effective practices and expedited schedules in order to maintain the client's budget. Forming D&S Builders in 2001, we strive to continue a legacy of craftsmanship that derived from founding partner, Howard Sexton. Bringing along 30 years construction experience, Howard has spent a lifetime not only building quality projects but building friendships and client relationships in Sevier County.

Teaming up with Howard in 2001, Alex Davis has focused on elevating project quality and expanding D&S Builders to meet the ever changing customer needs.  In 2003, Jeff Walters was hired as Vice President of Operations along with the promotion of Lee Edgar to Vice President of construction. Today, D&S Builders is an industry leader in hospitality construction, employs over 100 people and manages multiple projects throughout the southeast.
