Innovative Design & ConstructionSpanning approximately 80,000 square feet of interior space, the hotel features 162 meticulously designed rooms and suites. The construction utilized a mix of modern coastal materials and high-traffic hospitality standards to achieve the signature "Margaritaville" aesthetic.

Expansive Amenity IntegrationA core triumph of this project was the integration of 45,000 square feet of diverse amenity space. D&S Builders oversaw the delivery of:

• Year-Round Water Features: A sprawling outdoor pool area featuring a custom lazy river, complemented by an indoor water park and oversized hot tub.
• Social & Dining Hubs: The 5 o'Clock Somewhere Bar & Grill, featuring both indoor and covered terrace seating.
• Guest Services: A modern fitness center, a complimentary game lounge, and an expansive outdoor activity lawn.
