This landmark project replaces a thirty-year-old facility with a state-of-the-art, 40,000+ square foot complex designed to support the rapid growth of the Smoky Mountain region for the next 50 years.

Built for the BraveThis station was designed not just as a workplace, but as a "home away from home" for the city's first responders. D&S Builders executed a floor plan that prioritizes firefighter health and safety, featuring:

• Advanced Living Quarters: Modern bunk rooms, a professional-grade kitchen, and expanded dayrooms to provide comfort during long shifts.
• Tactical Training Tower: A specialized multi-story training tower designed to simulate hotel stairwells and multi-story structures crucial for training in a city known for high-rise hospitality.
• High-Volume Apparatus Bays: Six oversized bays with rapid-deployment technology and a safer, streamlined entrance to the Parkway.
