D&S Builders completed the 12-story SongTeller Hotel at 211 Commerce Street, a 245-room luxury tower developed with Dolly Parton and Herschend Family Entertainment. Tight urban logistics and high-spec interiors define the build: guitar-etched marble, custom butterfly chandeliers, and two entertainment levels—Parton’s Live cabaret and 11th-floor Jolene’s. The 20,000-square-foot Life of Many Colors Museum required climate control, lighting, and structure for a full-scale tour bus. Soundproofed Listening Lobby spaces and in-room writing areas support the storytelling concept. Opening June 2026, SongTeller shows Pinpoint Execution on an ultra-luxury high-rise in a major metro market.
