D&S Builders built the new Pigeon Forge Fire Department Headquarters, a 40,000-plus-square-foot complex that replaces a 30-year-old station and is designed to serve the Smoky Mountain region for the next 50 years. The plan treats the station as a home away from home: modern bunk rooms, a professional kitchen, and expanded dayrooms, plus a multi-story training tower that simulates hotel stairwells common to the city’s hospitality skyline. Six oversized apparatus bays support rapid deployment and a safer Parkway entrance. Pinpoint Execution covered emergency communications and heavy-duty apparatus floors so the headquarters stays ready when the city needs it.
