As the construction partner, D&S Builders focused on delivering a residential-style atmosphere combined with the high-end finishes expected of a top-tier IHG property.

Scale and Specialized LayoutsThe project encompasses 112 spacious suites across several floor plans, ranging from 374-square-foot studios to expansive 948-square-foot two-bedroom units. Every suite was built to include fully equipped kitchens and separate living areas, requiring precision in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) integration across all four floors.

Resort-Style Amenities & Strategic LocationD&S Builders executed a comprehensive amenity package that bridges the gap between a hotel and a luxury apartment complex. Key features include:

• Outdoor Living: A designer outdoor swimming pool area, fire pits, and a terrace designed for the hotel's signature evening socials.
