D&S Builders delivered Compass Hotel by Margaritaville, an 80,000-square-foot, 162-room hospitality build that pairs Margaritaville brand standards with high-traffic mountain-resort durability. About 45,000 square feet of amenities sit at the center of the project: an outdoor pool with custom lazy river, indoor water park, oversized hot tub, 5 o’Clock Somewhere Bar & Grill with covered terrace seating, fitness center, game lounge, and activity lawn. Pinpoint Execution kept coastal finishes and guest-experience details aligned with the brand. USA TODAY’s 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards later named it the Best New Hotel in America.
