Completed in April 2024, Staybridge Suites Pigeon Forge – Smoky Mtns is a 90,492-square-foot, 112-suite IHG hotel built by D&S Builders for upscale extended stay in the Smokies. Suites range from 374-square-foot studios to 948-square-foot two-bedroom units, each with a full kitchen and separate living area across four floors of precise MEP work. Amenities include a designer outdoor pool, fire pits, terrace for evening socials, 24-hour fitness studio, business center, and laundry. Near the LeConte Center and Cal Ripken Experience, many rooms open to private balconies and mountain views—a residential stay on a hospitality footprint.
